To book we ask for a non-refundable down payment. The full balance is due on delivery. Any cancellation must be done before delivery/setup. Down payment is non-refundable but can be used for a future booking.
Set up is included in rental price for Tents/Inflatables/Dance floors. Set up is NOT included for tables/chairs/linens which are an additional cost
We will deliver and set up by the start time designated. Due to large volume of bookings we may have to stop by earlier in the day or the day before.(no extra charge)
Tents and Inflatables can be safely set up on grass where we can secure them by staking into the grass. If you need set up on concrete/asphalt let us know and we can make proper arrangements
Yes we are able to provide a certificate of insurance as needed.
