If you are a first timer booking, you may have some questions as to how the process goes. No worries! We are here to help. The actually booking is pretty straight forward, you can browse our inventory to find the moonwalk you are interested. Once you have one picked you are given the option to “get a quote” you can input all the relevant information such as your name, address, delivery time, and so on. Whatever time is picked is the time we will have the bounce house or waterslide set up by. On the day of your party/event one of our crew members will arrive by the chosen time to set up, the only thing you have to do on your end is show them where you want it set up and they will get to work! They will leave your bounce house or waterslide hooked up and ready to use, once your party/event is over they will stop by to pick it up.
